SRC provides technical, engineering, programmatic, logistics, and administrative support to Department of Defense (DoD) and United States Government (USG) programs.
SRC’s advisory and assistance services help to maintain and sustain the nation’s intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities. SRC's support encompasses research and development, system modification and repair, production oversight, management and weapon system sustainment, and contractor logistics functions.
SRC supports all phases of acquisition associated with integrating commercial off-the-shelf equipment into various ISR systems. SRC personnel participate in acquisition planning and execution of programs that provide development and integration of advanced sensors, integration laboratory construction, and system architecture.
SRC also supports request for proposal development and coordination, performs technical evaluations of contractor proposals, and prepares acquisition documents including acquisition plans, strategies and contract statements of work (SOW).
SRC personnel provide program management support to numerous programs in the DoD and USG assisting the government’s delivery of capabilities to the warfighter in a rapid acquisition environment. SRC monitors contractor cost and schedule performance, assisting with implementation of corrective actions as required.
We also assist the government in reviewing contractor contracts data requirements list (CDRL) submittals for completeness and accuracy. SRC teams prepare and deliver program briefings on acquisition, financial, and technical improvement projects and participate in program management reviews with program contractors.
