SRC has a long history of Quantitative Structure Activity Relationship/Quantitative Structure Property Relationship (QSAR/QSPR) agent property estimation and algorithm development, including AI/ML algorithms.

Combined Logical Estimation Application for Rapid Results (CLEARR)

SRC is working in conjunction with the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) to develop a predictive cheminformatics tool called Combined Logical Estimation Application for Rapid Results (CLEARR) as part of the Computational Rapid Identification and Scientific Threat Analysis (CRISTAL) program.

CLEARR is an in silico QSAR/QSPR predictive tool providing rapid and comprehensive risk, exposure, and hazard assessment using only the chemical structure. The program predicts physicochemical, toxicological, and environmental properties based on well established, peer reviewed algorithms and methodologies.
