Syracuse, NY – SRC, Inc. is pleased to announce the promotions of Kraig Rando, Scott Rogers and Victor Vanderberg to assistant vice president roles across the SRC enterprise. Kraig Rando has been promoted to assistant vice president of operations and electronics manufacturing services. In this role, Rando will oversee much of SRCTec’s front-end business planning and serve as the business unit leader for SRCTec’s contract manufacturing business. Rando joined the enterprise in 2004, most recently serving as director of operations and electronics manufacturing services at SRCTec. Prior to joining, he served in the U.S. Air Force as a munitions systems specialist. Rando received a Continuing Professional Development certification from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, an MBA from Syracuse University and a bachelor’s degree in business management from Columbia College. Scott Rogers has been promoted to assistant vice president of operations for electronic warfare and services. In this role, Rogers will manage the operations of the electronic warfare and services division and take on a lead role in business capture and proposal development. Rogers joined SRC in 2008. His background brings the enterprise more than 35 years of combined military and industry professional experience in operations, strategic planning and business capture. His technical experience includes service as a director of plans and chief of special technical operations for the U.S. Navy and joint Combatant Command staffs. Rogers holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from the U.S. Naval Academy, an MBA from the University of Maryland University College and he has earned a master’s in project management and a master’s in accounting at DeVry University. Victor Vanderberg has been promoted to assistant vice president of multi-domain electronic warfare. In this role, Vanderberg will focus on driving innovation in electronic warfare capabilities. He will be responsible for the strategic planning, budgeting and execution of the business unit’s diverse portfolio of fixed site, mounted, and munitions hosted electronic warfare systems. Vanderberg joined SRC in 2003 and has more than 20 years of experience in engineering and multi-domain EW expeditionary systems. He holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
