Dayton, OH – Jon Farrell has been promoted to assistant vice president, autonomous collaborative systems, at SRC, Inc. In this role, Farrell will lead a team in the development of innovative modular payload solutions for manned-unmanned teaming and other autonomous systems. His responsibilities include autonomous collaborative systems business profit and loss, program execution, technology development and investment, strategic planning and business development. "Jon's ability to problem solve and embrace change drives technological innovation and business growth," said Kevin Hair, president and CEO of SRC. "I have confidence that under his guidance, SRC will continue to push the boundaries of what is possible in service to our nation." Farrell has more than 17 years of experience in electronic warfare, most recently serving as director of live virtual constructive systems. He holds a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Dayton.
