SRC Promotes Maria Ucchino to AVP, Corporate Strategy

Syracuse, NY – SRC Inc. has announced that Maria Ucchino has been promoted to assistant vice president of corporate strategy.

In her new role, Ucchino will provide strategic direction to the business, ensuring that the enterprise has solutions to address customer needs and remain well-positioned in key markets. She will also provide leadership to the organization’s Centers of Excellence, which focus on artificial intelligence, machine learning and user experience.

“Maria’s experience, knowledge and business acumen continue to be vital to SRC,” said Kevin Hair, president and CEO of SRC, Inc. “Under her leadership, the corporate strategy department will be able to position the enterprise optimally, allowing us to help in keeping America and its allies safe and strong.”

Ucchino has been with SRC for more than 13 years. She has proven success in strategy, business development, capture and proposal strategy, communications, change management, and integrated marketing. Most recently, she served as director of corporate strategy, helping to lead strategic planning efforts for SRC, managing strategic investments for maximum results, and leading the User Experience Center of Excellence. Ucchino has a bachelor's degree from Le Moyne College, an MBA from University of Phoenix, and certificates in marketing from Syracuse University, women’s leadership from Yale, and disruptive strategy from Harvard.
