Palmer Appointed to Director of Quality at SRCTec

Syracuse, NY – SRCTec, LLC is pleased to announce that Michelle Palmer has been appointed director of quality.

In this position, Palmer will be responsible for process assurance and product compliance throughout the production lifecycle. She will manage the transition from product development to full scale production and will provide strategic leadership and focus on quality efforts including defect prevention, failure analysis, product testability and continuous improvement. Palmer has been with the SRC enterprise for more than a decade. She most recently served as director of test engineering at SRC, Inc. She has a bachelor’s degree in computer systems from Mercyhurst University and a master’s degree in information systems from Syracuse University.
