Mary L. Snyder

Mary L. Snyder is executive vice president, general counsel at SRC, Inc. She also serves as the secretary of the corporation.

Snyder is responsible for determining and directing all legal matters relating to SRC and its subsidiaries and affiliates. She ensures that the legal rights of the corporation are maintained, coordinates outside legal counsel services and provides in-house guidance and counsel. She is also responsible for the compliance, risk management, and internal audit functions, as well as the trade compliance, contracts and procurement groups.

Snyder has been with SRC for 12 years and has more than 20 years of experience advising organizations in matters of regulatory compliance, governance, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining SRC, Snyder was an associate at the Bond, Schoeneck & King law firm, where she practiced in the litigation, labor and employment and corporate departments of the firm.

Snyder is a member of the Onondaga County Bar Association, Association of Corporate Counsel, and the New York State Bar Association. She is a past member of the Onondaga Community College Foundation and Loretto Foundation boards. Snyder holds a bachelor's degree from Colgate University and a Juris Doctor degree from Syracuse University College of Law. Snyder is admitted to practice law in New York State.
