Our engineering team is a young and dynamic team, and we are entering a large growth phase having won several new projects recently.

We currently work as a distributed team, with offices across Canberra and Adelaide, however we understand the value of flexibility and deeply believe that doers will be productive wherever they’re based. Productivity isn’t correlated to a cubicle in an office. If you do want to relocate though, we’re happy to support that too! We believe that you know what works best for you, and you perform at your best when working that way.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for Full Stack Web Developers with a desire to work on the broader F35 fighter jet program via the Ghosthawk mission support system project. Ghosthawk replaces existing mission information systems with an integrated, next generation intelligence support system capable of collecting, manipulating and disseminating data to our pilots and their aircraft. you’ be working alongside our US developers on a new piece of technology that is to be deployed in Australia.

The work entails owning the full tech stack, utilising a java back end, and a modern javascript front end. We will consider people that prefer to focus in one domain, but our preference is for people that can work up and down the full stack.

The Ideal Candidate

1. Has 2+ years experience in a software engineering role.
2. Enjoys working across all levels of the tech stack.
3. Has Java and javascript experience (or at least 1 of the two).
4. Feels at home in the Linux development environment.
5. Is passionate about solving hard problems and doing meaningful work.
6. Holds a current Australian Security Clearance to the Secret level or above, or is willing to get one with our help.
