SRC's Rome office supports the Air Force Research Laboratory Information Directorate (AFRL/RI) by providing technical support, services, and R&D expertise in SIGINT exploitation, data fusion, cybersecurity, data analytics, decision support, situation/mission awareness, and technologies that facilitate the sharing of information across multiple security domains.

The Rome office is actively engaged with local agencies and organizations that support AFRL and the surrounding community. SRC staff members are participants in the AFCEA Erie Canal Chapter, AFCEA and SRC Scholarship Program, CYBER New York Alliance, and Rome Reps.

Office Features


  • From Syracuse and points west
    Head east on the New York State Thruway and get off at Exit 33. Merge onto Rte. 365 East (a right turn after the exit), continue on 365 East which becomes Rte. 49. Take the exit onto NY-825 marked “Griffiss Business & Technology Park.” Proceed down Griffiss Parkway (Rte. 825). Continue past the day-care center on your left and through the stoplight at the Brookley Rd. intersection to the traffic circle at the bottom of the hill. SRC is the gray building on the left just before the traffic circle. Go around the traffic circle and take your third right onto Geiger Rd. Take a left into our parking lot. Our main entrance is at the end of the long sidewalk with the circular garden.
  • From Albany and points east
    Head west on the New York State Thruway to Thruway Exit 31. Follow Signs to "Rome:" via I-790, then SR49, to SR 825, "Griffiss Park."
