James F. Holland is executive vice president, enterprise services and solutions at SRC, Inc. He also serves as an officer of the corporation.
In his current role, Holland leads a team that provides a full range of human resource, communications, public relations, computer/IT, facilities and security services to SRC’s diverse engineering research and development organization. He oversees critical areas of the infrastructure, including networks, buildings, and policies. In addition, Holland sets guidance for employee relations and communications, and directs community relations.
Holland has more than 20 years of experience in human resource management and labor relations with SRC and several other key Central New York employers. Prior to joining SRC, he served as the human resources manager for Black Clawson, and before that, Mutual of NY.
Holland is chair of the Onondaga Community Foundation board and the Oswego State Business School Advisory board. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York at Oswego and a Senior Professional in Human Resources Designation, and has achieved continuing education certifications in: communications and conflict resolution; total quality management, employment law; cognitive coaching, process consultation skills, collaborative compensation and compensation management.
