Andrea V. Masten

Andrea Masten is the senior vice president of Defense Systems & Solutions at SRC, Inc.

Masten leads the Defense Systems & Solutions division, providing strategic direction and guidance in alignment with SRC’s corporate strategic plan. She is responsible for oversight of profit and loss, program execution, personnel and technology development, staffing, business capture and customer satisfaction.

Masten has more than 35 years of progressive experience in the planning, organization and leadership of commercial, international and Department of Defense programs and functional operations for both public and private corporations. She has managed all aspects of operations, including customer relationships and division and program management. She has also provided vision and support for new products and product improvements.

Prior to her current role, Masten worked as senior vice president, radars and sensors, where she was responsible for the leadership and strategic direction of SRC's radar and sensor programs. Before that Masten served as vice president business developement, responsible for setting corporate business development policy to include market and customer diversification and expansion and customer relationship development. She led a team of business development professionals focused on growing SRC’s business in established customer sites, as well as diversifying into new strategic sectors.

Masten is a graduate of Leadership Greater Syracuse and serves on the board for the United Way of Central New York. Masten is a member of the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association and the Association of the United States Army.

Masten has a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering technology from Buffalo State University of New York and has graduated from several leadership training courses from General Electric and Lockheed Martin.
