Syracuse, NY, January 11 – SRC, formerly Syracuse Research Corporation, has created two new assistant vice president positions to better manage growth in the Information Science and Engineering business area. Stephen Duning has been promoted to assistant vice president, electronic warfare, and Jack LoSecco has been promoted to assistant vice president, software engineering. In their new roles, Duning and LoSecco have taken on additional financial responsibilities and now manage multiple product and service areas. He was then promoted to site director, responsible for establishing and directing the overall operations of the Dayton facility. Duning holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Dayton.
LoSecco joined SRC earlier this year as a product and service area director for SRC’s defense and intelligence programs focused on chemical-biological defense, counter-improvised explosive devices, cybersecurity and decision support systems.
